Baus de la Frema Via Ferrata, Valdeblore Saint Dalmas
Between climbing and hiking, the Via Ferrata is a mountain route, equipped with cables, ramps and very aerial steps. Different difficulties depending on the parts of the circuit.

Every day during the holidays and every weekend from April to October, pony rental, lessons with instructors (classic or western BPJEPS), FFE gallops, walks and hikes with tourist guide equestrian (21 years of experience).

The Biological Basin, Roquebilière, 30 minutes by car from Valdeblore Saint Dalmas
In the heart of the village and with its reputation, Roquebillière is home to a 1,200m2 organic swimming pool. A true oasis of freshness in the heart of the valley, far from the heat of summer, this pool, entirely filtered by plants, allows you to rest in a haven of softness, in the middle of protected nature.

Spas, Berthemont les Bains, 30 minutes by car from Valdeblore Saint Dalmas
A 4,500m2 complex serving health and well-being.
Two therapeutic orientations are offered there: treatment of the respiratory tract and rheumatology, the spa also benefits from a particularly favorable mountain climate, sheltered from dust and pollen allergens. The combination of water and air also brings well-being and comfort.
